Looking for non-Japanese IT engineers, who are studying Japanese languages
Hello, everyone!
Elpmis Inc. created a new app(E-tan:イータン) for non-Japanese IT engineers to learn Japanese IT words and vocabularies.
We named E-tan from the words, Engineer’s tango(単語:words in Japanese) for short.
In E-tan, there are 500 IT words, and all of the words are written in Kanji(漢字), Hiragana(ひらがな), Alphabet(English).
Users are able to search each words in Romaji(ローマ字), too.
Plus, we categorized IT words in four groups, so users are easy to do self-studying.
① | Most frequently used words 100 |
② | Frequently used words 150 |
③ | Advanced level words 150 |
④ | Frequently used ‘Katakana’ words 100 |
Finally users can also take a test in E-tan, so you can check how well you understand IT words.

E-tan is still in a trial production stage, so we are gathering many feedbacks from users.
